Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Jenner AI Inc.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JENNER AI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jenner AI Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
